Rob Kinealy

Director, Asset Management

Rob Kinealy is the Director of Asset Management at The Becker Organization (“TBO”). In this role, Mr. Kinealy is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for all TBO managed properties, working closely with our strategic management partners and providing assistance in the firm’s acquisition and development opportunities.

Mr. Kinealy started working with the firm as a consultant in 2010 providing operational support for TBO properties in the St. Louis area. In 2015, Mr. Kinealy joined TBO as Director of Property Management overseeing TBO’s residential and retail portfolio and working as liaison with the firm’s management partner in the Mid-Atlantic region. As TBO continued to grow, Mr. Kinealy was named Director of Asset Management in 2021. In this role, Mr. Kinealy oversees over 600,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 of industrial space, and 65 residential units.

Prior to joining The Becker Organization, Mr. Kinealy worked with SP+, formerly Central Parking Systems, as an Area Manager in St. Louis where he was responsible for the day to day operations of owned and managed parking garages and lots. Mr. Kinealy also worked as an Assistant Director with Keystone Partnership, a human resources and event management firm. In this role, Mr. Kinealy managed the logistical and operational aspects of event staff and crowd control with clients including NCAA athletic departments, NASCAR, minor league baseball leagues and other national and regional organizations.

Mr. Kinealy graduated from Missouri State University in 2009 with a degree in Pre-Law with an emphasis on contract and constitutional law.
